Role
Key Requirements
- Ethically promote the company's products and services, in line with the sales and marketing strategy, to General Practitioners and pharmacies within the assigned territory.
- Identify business development opportunities in the designated area and consistently provide feedback to the direct manager to support the adaptation of the medical promotion strategy.
- Prepare activity reports and other position-specific reports, as required by the direct manager.
- Continuously monitor the achievement of established objectives and propose solutions to improve results.
- Participate in all required training sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of the promoted products and complete all assigned e-learning courses within the established deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in product promotion;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or knowledge of the pharmaceutical market is considered an advantage;
- Experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage, ideally involving interaction with the medical or pharmaceutical environment;
- Completed university degree is considered an advantage.Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to clearly communicate objectives and act with accountability and responsibility;
- Adaptability to change and initiative in developing new solutions;
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage objectives autonomously.
