Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end demand and supply planning processes using forecasting and replenishment systems to ensure optimal product availability and inventory levels;
- Analyze demand forecasts and planning data to determine inventory requirements and generate supplier purchase orders;
- Ensure optimal stock levels across regional warehouses while balancing product availability, inventory turnover, and service level targets;
- Take ownership of supplier replenishment activities and ensure the continuous availability of assigned product portfolios;
- Maintain and optimize planning system parameters, monitor forecast accuracy, and investigate forecast exceptions to improve planning performance;
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales, and Logistics teams to align supply plans with business needs and demand forecasts;
- Drive inventory optimization and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving forecast accuracy and supply chain efficiency;
- Monitor inventory performance and proactively manage inventory risks, including excess, slow-moving, and expiring stock, while minimizing write-offs and ensuring timely supplier returns.

Изисквания
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Previous experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations will be considered an advantage;
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Advanced MS Excel skills;
- Experience with planning, forecasting, ERP, or Supply Chain Management systems will be considered a strong advantage.
