Role Mission
As an Area Manager Pharmacies, you will coordinate the activities of the assigned pharmacies, ensuring the effective implementation of the sales strategy and motivating teams to achieve monthly targets and key performance indicators.
Key Requirements
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification;
- Strong MS Office skills;Good command of the English language;
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical industry;
- At least 5 years of team management experience;
- Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and teamwork abilities;
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and overcome obstacles;
- Flexible, proactive, and innovation-driven approach.
