Key Responsibilities
- Managing commercial relationships with suppliers and manufacturers within the assigned portfolio, ensuring effective collaboration and the smooth execution of day-to-day activities;
- Analyzing category and product performance through the preparation of reports and recommendations based on key indicators such as sales, margins, pricing, inventory levels, stock turnover, and promotional results;
- Coordinating product listing and delisting processes, including the preparation of required documentation and the maintenance of accurate product information and attributes within internal systems;
- Monitoring the product lifecycle, identifying optimization opportunities for low-performing products, products at risk of expiration, and products with growth potential;
- Developing and monitoring promotional initiatives in collaboration with commercial partners, with the objective of increasing sales, improving profitability, and optimizing inventory levels;
- Preparing analyses and supporting documentation for commercial negotiations, including contracts, addenda, commercial offers, and updates to commercial terms and conditions;
- Monitoring and reconciling commercial income and negotiated discounts, ensuring their timely recovery in accordance with contractual agreements;
- Configuring and monitoring the implementation of negotiated commercial terms, including promotional offers, meta-product formulas, discount restrictions, and exceptions related to automated ordering processes, in line with internal procedures;
- Reviewing compliance with pricing and margin policies, including regulated-price products, and escalating any identified discrepancies;
- Preparing and delivering reports to suppliers regarding merchandising activities, promotional performance, and market monitoring, in accordance with agreed requirements and reporting standards;
- Providing operational support to pharmacies and internal stakeholders, facilitating the implementation and maintenance of product, pricing, discount, and commercial activity information.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market is considered an advantage;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in category management, purchasing, procurement, retail, or related fields;
- Advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Intermediate level of English proficiency;
- Strong commercial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret sales, margin, pricing, inventory, turnover, and promotional performance data.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, teamwork, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
- Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to manage and complete projects and tasks within established deadlines;
- Results-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow guidelines, procedures, and internal workflows consistently;
- Well-organized, analytical, proactive, adaptable, flexible, and solution-oriented professional with a hands-on approach to challenges.
