Role:
Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the pharmacy's operations to ensure the achievement of performance objectives, compliance with professional and regulatory standards, and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy, holding a valid license to practice;
- Member of the Pharmacists' Association and holder of a valid certificate for the current year;
- Interested in continuous learning and professional development;
- Excellent communication skills, patient-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsabilities:
- Monitors the achievement of objectives by tracking relevant performance indicators and proactively takes action to ensure targets are met;
- Ensures the pharmacy is adequately stocked to meet patients' needs and achieve performance objectives;
- Oversees and monitors the dispensing of medicines and the quality of pharmaceutical services provided by subordinate staff;
- Coordinates and supports the pharmacy team in achieving the pharmacy's goals and objectives;
- Identifies growth opportunities for the pharmacy and proposes optimal solutions to increase patient traffic and enhance patient loyalty.
